To have dinner with someone is not simply to share food, but to share an experience, to discuss, to let time go by. Our kitchen is the point of convergence of Emma’s long experience and her passion for spices. Every meal is planned in advance with the guests, in order to meet every need and to find the perfect balance between flavours. Every dish is prepared using local products from organic farms, because a meal should not just be tasty but also healthy. Wine is a major aspect of our tradition, thus every menu has a matching wine from selected local wineries.
