Product Description

Our organic extra virgin olive oil is the result of pressing olives from four traditional Tuscan varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino. These olives are hand-picked from our groves located in the heart of Chianti, between Florence and Siena.

Organic Certification

The oil is organically certified, adhering to the organic supply chain standards, from pruning to bottling, to ensure the highest organoleptic qualities.

Production Process

The olives are brought to the mill twice a day and pressed using a "two-phase" method to maintain the organoleptic properties. This process ensures an oil with low acidity and rich in polyphenols.
